3.1 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. nn99 reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent national identification.
3.2 If nn99 determines, at any time, that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any deposits made by an underage user will be refunded to the original payment method where technically feasible, but any winnings generated during the period of underage use shall be void and forfeited.
3.3 You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, entities, or automated bots are not permitted to register or operate Accounts on the nn99 Platform.
3.4 You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the nn99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. nn99 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in your specific location.
3.5 Current or former employees, contractors, officers, directors, or close family members of nn99 or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotions without the express written consent of nn99 management.
4.1 Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the nn99 Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and country of residence. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. nn99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
nn99 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued play above specified thresholds. KYC verification may require submission of:
4.5 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from nn99 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, closure of the Account.
4.6 nn99 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, provided that any verified Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets that are registered in the same legal name as the nn99 Player Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Such winnings are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6.3 Bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. nn99 reserves the right to deny, withhold, or reverse a bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing bonus policies, using automated bet patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or acting in concert with other Players to exploit promotions.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the nn99 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, voided, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except in circumstances where nn99 exercises its discretion under the provisions below.
7.2 nn99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet. nn99's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
7.3 For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and other sports available on the nn99 Platform:

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

9.2 Where an Account is suspended due to a suspected Terms violation rather than confirmed fraud, nn99 will conduct an investigation within a reasonable timeframe. During the investigation period, access to the Account, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted. nn99 will communicate the outcome of the investigation to the Player via the registered email address.
9.3 Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, nn99 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance. Where an Account is closed for other reasons, any verified Real Money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via the last verified withdrawal method.
9.4 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nn99 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent nn99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
14.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
